Role Overview:
We are seeking an Operations incumbent to design and execute operational strategies that drive business growth and scalability. This role goes beyond day-to-day operations, focusing on process excellence, cost optimization, and aligning operations with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals to improve efficiency and scalability.
● Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing operational metrics and identifying improvement areas.
● Lead process transformation initiatives for cost optimization, automation, and quality improvement.
● Collaborate with leadership to define KPIs, set targets, and ensure accountability across teams.
● Manage key vendor and partner relationships to ensure service excellence and cost-effectiveness.
● Anticipate risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
● Drive change management initiatives for operational scalability and workforce alignment.
● Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.
● Prepare strategic reports and present insights to the executive team for business planning.

Key Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
● 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in a team management role.
● Proven experience in process re-engineering, cost control, and operational scaling.
● Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
● Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
● Familiarity with ERP systems, automation tools, and performance dashboards.
