Team Lead – Central Scheduling Operations
About the Role
We are hiring an Team Lead – Central Scheduling Operations to lead our Central
Scheduling Team responsible for managing OPD & IPD scheduling, cab coordination, Rx
collection, and other backend operational activities. The role requires strong operational
ownership, team leadership, hospital ecosystem understanding, and the ability to manage
real-time escalations while ensuring service excellence and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
 Lead and manage a team of 10+ executives and monitor daily productivity, quality, and
SLA adherence.
 Oversee end-to-end OPD and IPD scheduling operations with high attention to detail.
 Manage entire ground-level operations including roster planning and shift allocation.
 Ensure effective coordination with hospital partners and internal stakeholders.
 Handle real-time operational escalations and ensure quick resolution.
 Oversee cab booking coordination and Rx (Prescription) collection workflow.
 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
 Analyze productivity, TAT, and operational efficiency to drive continuous improvement.
 Ensure achievement of defined OKRs and KPIs for the team.
Must-Have Requirements
 3–6 years of experience in hospital operations / healthcare scheduling / backend
operations.
 Experience handling a team of 10+ members.
 Strong understanding of OPD & IPD workflows.
 Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting dashboards).
 Good analytical and reporting skills.
 Experience in roster planning and workforce management.
 Ability to manage real-time escalations effectively.
 Strong attention to detail.
Good to Have
 Knowledge of medical terminologies (considered a strong plus).
 Experience working in hospital atmosphere or healthcare ecosystem.
 Exposure to healthcare CRM or scheduling tools.
