Key Responsibilities: 

  • Counseling around 100 customers over the phone every day who have downloaded MediBuddy

  • Following up with them and converting them into leads

  • Influencing consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant specialty information

  • Maintaining procedures, processes, and quality on all the calls

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

  • Achieve sales targets and talk time targets

 

Key Requirements:

  • Preferred Inside Sales/Tele Sales/Outbound Sales/Customer support (Voice) experience.

  • Education Qualification - Any graduation

  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Hindi

  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

  • An excellent Team player

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

  • Knowledge of MS office
