Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Tech Recruitment

Location: Indore (Work from Office - 6Days working)
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Tech Recruiter to manage the end-to-end talent
acquisition process for our technology teams based out of the Indore office. The ideal candidate
will be a subject matter expert in recruiting for challenging, niche, and high-demand technical
roles, focusing on building our engineering, product, and data science capabilities. This role is
critical for scaling our technology footprint and attracting top-tier talent in the central region.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify, attract,
and engage passive and active candidates for a variety of technical roles (e.g., Software
Development Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, QA/Testing, DevOps,
Architects).
● Pipeline Management: Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and
frequently-hired technology positions. Utilize professional networks, social media,
specialized job boards, and internal referrals.
● Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Engineering Managers and Technology
Leadership to understand specific role requirements, technical skill needs, and team
dynamics to ensure accurate and efficient hiring.
● Candidate Experience: Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the entire
recruitment life cycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
● Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the entire recruiting process, including conducting in-depth
screening interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural fit, coordinating technical
assessments, scheduling interviews, and negotiating and closing offers.
● Market Intelligence: Stay updated on current technology trends, salary benchmarks, and
competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights to hiring managers.
● ATS Management and Compliance: Maintain data integrity and manage all recruitment
activities efficiently within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance
with internal policies.
Requirements
● Experience: 3-6 years of experience as a dedicated Technical Recruiter, preferably within
a fast-paced product-based or e-commerce/health-tech environment.
● Domain Expertise: Proven track record of hiring for a wide range of technical roles,
including but not limited to:
○ Backend/Frontend Development (Java, Python, Node.js, React, Android/iOS)
○ Data Engineering and Science (SQL, Big Data Technologies)
○ Cloud and DevOps (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes)○ Quality Assurance and Testing
Technical Acumen: Strong foundational knowledge of technical concepts and
terminology to effectively screen candidates and articulate role requirements.
Sourcing Proficiency: Expert in using various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn
Recruiter, specialized technical job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in
a high-volume environment.
Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field is preferred
