members. It has created an integrated healthcare ecosystem that offers patients seamless

MediBuddy is also the largest provider of employee health and wellness benefit services,
catering to 700+ companies across India and in turn helping 50 Lakh employees including their
family members with high-quality healthcare services. MediBuddy provides services that cover
health expenses across Out-patient services(OPD) and hospitalization in collaboration with

Job Description:-
The Business Trainee will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business
planning, market research, operations, and strategic initiatives. This role is designed to groom
high-potential graduates into future business leaders by providing hands-on exposure across
core business functions.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
● Support business planning, reporting, and performance tracking
● Analyze data to identify business trends and growth opportunities
● Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams
● Prepare presentations, dashboards, and management reports
● Support execution of strategic projects and process improvements
● Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Desired Skills & Competencies
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Good understanding of business fundamentals
● Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint (knowledge of SQL/Power BI is a plus)
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
● High learning agility and ownership mindset

Eligibility Criteria
● Education: MBA / PGDM / B.Tech / ( recent graduates)
● Specializations preferred: Marketing, Operations, Finance, Analytics, Strategy
● From premier institutes (IITs / IIMs / Tier-1 colleges preferred)
