Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and analytical Intern to join our team and work directly with a senior leader on high-impact business strategy and growth initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to learn quickly and gain hands-on experience in various facets of a fast-growing retail and D2C business within the health-tech space. As a Business Strategy & Growth Intern at MediBuddy, your main focus will be strategically developing channels to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Pricing: Conducting competitive analysis and assisting in the formulation and implementation of dynamic pricing strategies for our retail products and services to maximize market penetration and profitability.

D2C/Retail Scale-up: Supporting the strategic scale-up and profitable growth of key business verticals, including D2C brands, Over-The-Counter (OTC) products, FMCG categories, and Medical Devices.

Revenue Planning & Projections: Develop detailed revenue projections and growth plans, ensuring strong alignment with company targets and objectives.

Ad Sales Strategy: Assisting in the planning and execution of Ad Sales initiatives, including market research and performance tracking.

CRM & Campaign Analysis: Work closely with the CRM Marketing team to initiate, monitor, and analyze campaigns, including cohort planning and data analysis to drive revenue-moving decisions.

Channel Enhancement: Focus on understanding and improving existing revenue channels, including but not limited to S2S (Upsells), product attachments, and CRM communications.

New Channel Development: Research, propose, and add sustainable new revenue channels to further accelerate growth.

Corporate Strategy Replication: Utilize collected insights and ongoing analysis to increase Out-of-Pocket (OOP) revenue and adapt successful strategies to address the distinct requirements of each corporate entity (B2B2C segment).

Opportunity Identification: Work closely with internal teams across the organization to proactively identify and evaluate new opportunities for expanding and growing the business.

Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with functional teams such as Marketing, CRM, Sales, Account Management (AM), and Product Development to ensure channel growth initiatives are perfectly aligned with overall company objectives.

Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics related to revenue channel growth, providing regular updates to senior management to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Stakeholder Management: Work effectively with all relevant stakeholders (Product, Operations, Marketing, Business etc.) to improve the overall health and performance of the business.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related analytical field.

A strong desire to learn about e-commerce, digital marketing, business strategy, and revenue operations.

Highly analytical with good command over Excel/data tools (basic proficiency is a plus).

Proactive and Self-Driven: Takes initiative and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Curious and detail-oriented, with a passion for solving complex business problems.
