Key Responsibilities

Manage and handle customer accounts efficiently

Respond to and manage WhatsApp communication, sales calls, and sales emails

Make outbound and inbound customer calls
-
Coordinate and connect with doctors as required
-
Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer queries
-
Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel
-
Meet service and sales-related targets
-
Be flexible to extend working hours, work on Sundays and government holidays when required.
- Should be comfortable for travelling to visit clients, or meet the external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in account management within the insurance industry
-
Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
-
Knowledge of multiple languages is preferred
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Proficiency in MS Excel
-
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume communication
-
Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
