Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and drive new strategic alliances to drive brand awareness, user growth, and incremental revenue.
  • Plan and execute multiple co-promotional, mutually beneficial joint brand marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Pitch MediBuddy offerings along with the overall business proposition to the key stakeholders. This would need one to be comfortable with having multiple discussions with CXO’s/Senior Management on the brand's side.
  • Creating cashback campaigns with Banks and Financial Partners to get an instant spike in revenue.
  • Work closely with banking and payroll partners to drive activation and utilization of MediBuddy services.
  • Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them.
  • Work out the commercial terms of the partnership with the brands. This would need one to be good with numbers and negotiating capabilities.
  • Be responsible for growth and development initiatives across all partner brands for drawing out the consumer growth and adoption plan.
  • Have a strong product/solutioning orientation and abilities to work with internal product and engineering teams to accomplish this objective.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2-4 years of experience in building and handling new partnerships with Internet, Ecomm/ Retail, Travel, Entertainment & BFSI businesses in the consumer internet space.
  • Strong understanding of end consumers and online brands. The candidate must be able to translate this understanding into strategies and plans for driving consumer growth and visibility to drive business growth on a sustained basis.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Solutions mindset. Should be able to work with Product teams seamlessly
  • Relationship management needs to be a strength area. The role would involve dealing with CXOs of strategic partners and merchants in the category
  • Previous experience of working with startups would be preferred.
