Are you a skilled Digital Marketing expert with experience owning budgets and maximising campaign performance?
If so, we have the next position for you. You will be responsible for scaling and optimising campaigns to drive revenue. You will also be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving traffic to the website and for driving leads by developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote the organisation's services.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own responsibility for the planning and execution of campaigns across SEM, Display, Meta, Partnership Marketing.
● Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (FB + Instagram) and other channels.
● Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities independently.
● Ability to strategize and launch Digital campaigns across Google, Meta, OTT Platforms by creating the right targeting segments.
● Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance by development of new landing pages, creating sections to improve user engagement and optimising for improved user experience.
● Maintain and monitor keyword bids, audience targeting, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
● Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search.
● Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
● Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance.

Requirements:

● 3 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience in PPC (Agency experience preferred).
● Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing AdCenter, LinkedIn Advertising, etc)
● Have previously handled budgets > 50L per month.
● Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and drive results.
● Ability to obsess over customers and work independently with minimal supervision.
● Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
● Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Comfortable with giving short presentations and reporting data analysis to different audiences
● Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager)
● Experience with Branch (Preferred, not compulsory)
● Strong project management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
● Excellent communication skills to educate, inform, manipulate and mediate across a number of stakeholders in an organisation
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
