Job Summary

Manager of Order Management in the In-Clinic Doctor Consultation at MediBuddy, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient coordination and delivery of doctor consultations with providers with customers . You will lead a team of order management specialists, ensuring the smooth scheduling of appointments, effective patient flow, andseamless communication between patients and healthcare providers. Your role will involveoptimizing order management processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and fosteringapositive patient experience throughout the consultation journey. 

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Supervise and mentor a team of order management specialists responsible for schedulingand coordinating in-clinic doctor consultations, providing guidance, support, and performancefeedback as needed.
2. Oversee the end-to-end order management process, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in, consultation room preparation, and post-consultation follow-up, ensuringadherence to established protocols and service level agreements (SLAs).
3. Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and other departmental leaderstooptimize clinic workflows, streamline processes, and improve the overall efficiency of in-clinicdoctor consultation services.
4. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order management intheIn-Clinic Doctor Consultation Department, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and ability towritesales pitches to the customers and drive utilization in wallets.
5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to order processing, patient flow, and customer satisfaction, identifying trends, analyzing root causes of issues, andimplementing corrective actions as needed.
6. Serve as a point of escalation for complex order management issues, patient inquiries, or operational challenges, providing timely resolution and maintaining a high level of servicedelivery.
7. Conduct regular audits of order data, patient records, and consultation notes to ensurecompleteness, accuracy, and data integrity, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to addressdiscrepancies and gaps.
8. Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers during consultations, ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and valued throughout their clinic visit.
9. Collaborate with the training and development team to provide ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities for order management specialists, ensuringcontinuous improvement and growth.
10. Participate in departmental meetings, cross-functional projects, and strategic initiativesaimed at enhancing the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of in-clinic doctor consultationservices.
11. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in order management, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in departmental operations.

Qualifications:-

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare , business management, or a related field is preferred. 
- Minimum 2 of experience in order management, customer service, in a supervisory or Managerial Role.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare procedures, and clinical workflowsrelated to in-clinic doctor consultations.
- Excellent Team leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional analytical abilities with Excel and sql proficiency, with a keen attention to detail and a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex situations and make data-drivendecisions to achieve business objectives.
