Job Summary:
The HR Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Human Resources department by
analyzing HR data, generating reports, and providing insights to drive the decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management, Reporting & Insights
● Collect, compile, and analyze HR data related to workforce trends, employee
performance, turnover, and engagement.
● Prepare detailed HR reports and dashboards to present insights on key metrics,
including headcount, diversity, attrition, and training effectiveness.
● Develop insights on employee retention, productivity, and performance management
outcomes.
● Support HR audits and compliance reporting as required.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
● Collaborate with HR business partners and department leads to support HR projects
and initiatives.
● Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership and other stakeholders to
support decision-making.
Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Statistics, or a related field.
● Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
● Technical Skills:
○ Proficiency in HRIS systems
○ Strong skills in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
