Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and tech-savvy Control Tower Team Lead to drive excellence through data insights, operational leadership, and advanced tools. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL expertise, experience in managing supply-demand dynamics, and a proven ability to optimize processes in real-time
Key Responsibilities:

Real-Time Operations Management:
- Monitor and manage real-time supply chain operations through control tower systems, ensuring optimal performance across functions.

SQL-Based Data Analysis:
- Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets for reporting and operational insights.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for key supply chain metrics such as TAT, SLA, ITO, and order fulfillment rates.

Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Control Tower analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure team alignment with operational goals and performance KPIs.

Escalation Management:
- Develop and oversee an automated ticketing and escalation system, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of management with actionable insights.

Dashboard Interactivity and Scalability:
- Collaborate with technical teams to enhance dashboard features, enabling drill-downs into customer journeys and trend analyses.
- Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights for proactive decision-making.

Predictive Analytics Integration:
- Use AI and predictive analytics to anticipate supply-demand imbalances, order delays, and bottlenecks.
- Implement forecasting models to improve operational planning and reduce SLA breaches.

Process Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Drive initiatives to enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility and responsiveness.

Customer-Centric Approach:
- Ensure seamless communication with customers about potential delivery gaps and operational changes.
- Develop strategies to proactively address customer concerns and improve satisfaction.

Technology & Tool Enhancement:
- Work with IT and product teams to refine control tower tools, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Drive adoption of advanced technologies like automation and machine learning in daily operations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (operations, tech) to align on goals and ensure seamless implementation of strategies.
- Act as a central point for communication and decision-making in critical operational situations.
