Family Summary/Mission:
 
This role will be supporting National Sales Manager to drive sales across key partnerships.
 
Job Responsibilities :-
 
● Own sales target of each partnership for a particular geography
● Regularly visit branches of partners to do product training / refresher, ensure visibility, create top of mind recall
● Manage relationship at ground level across channels of key partnerships to drive desired level of penetration / bundling
● Act as one point contact for sales team to do query bursting
● Exposure to DSA/ Channel model for sourcing business
● Create new revenue sources by onboarding DSAs/ Channels
 
Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements:
 
● Effective communicator with relationship building and interpersonal skills
● Open to travel extensively across Odisha
● Individual contribution role
 
Background/Experience Desired:
 
● 2 years’ minimum experience in managing channel sales in insurance / banking / healthcare / wellness companies (in order of preference)
 
Educational Requirements:
 
● The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor’s
degree or equivalent experience.
