Role/Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst/AM with strong analytical abilities to support our Business Finance Team. This person will be responsible for providing financial reporting, as well as financial planning & analysis to the Senior Leadership teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain management information systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular MIS reports on sales performance, customer acquisition costs, and operational metrics.

2. Take Initiatives and Projects to drive system efficiency and reporting improvements.

3. Collaborate with tech and data teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

4. Lead the Corporate consolidation and analytical FP&A process.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic goals and support ad-hoc financial analysis and business case development.

6. Work with business unit leaders to update the status of revenue and direct cost-related data on an as-needed basis.

7. Compare forecasts and budgets to actual financial performance and bring insights that help the Senior Management.

8. Perform Month End activities and reporting requirements independently.

9. Various ad-hoc analysis and process improvement projects to drive efficiency and scale.

Skills and Qualifications

1. 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or financial MIS roles.

2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

3. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

4. Familiarity with SAP ERP.

5. Experience in using and building dashboards with Business Intelligence tools; Power BI experience is preferred.

6. Detail-oriented, organized, persistent, and highly motivated.

7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

8. B.Com plus CA inter or MBA preferred.
