About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and relationship-oriented professional to join our team as
Senior Manager – Insurer Partnership. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and
strengthening partnerships with leading insurance clients, with a key focus on jointly
conceptualizing and launching new OPD products in collaboration with MediBuddy. The role
requires a blend of client management, product co-creation, and business development skills to
drive impactful insurer relationships and accelerate product innovation in the health insurance
ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
● Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with insurer partners at senior and
working levels.
● Work closely with insurance clients to co-develop and launch innovative OPD
products powered by MediBuddy’s health services platform.
● Act as the primary point of contact for insurer stakeholders, ensuring smooth
communication and alignment on business and product goals.
● Drive end-to-end partnership execution – from ideation, solutioning, and commercial
discussions to launch and post-launch tracking.
● Collaborate with MediBuddy’s internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations, and Marketing)
to deliver seamless integration and execution for insurer-led products.
● Track industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory updates to identify new
partnership opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
● Support business leadership in scaling insurer partnerships and expanding MediBuddy’s
footprint within the insurance ecosystem.

Requirements
● 8–10 years of experience in insurer partnerships, business development, or client
relationship management.

● Previous experience of working with insurance clients (life, health, or general) is a
strong plus.
● Proven track record in managing senior client relationships and driving joint product
launches/strategic partnerships.
● Strong understanding of insurance and healthcare products, especially OPD, riders, and
value-added health services.
● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work cross-functionally with product, technology, and operations teams.
● Based out of Mumbai, with flexibility for travel to meet insurer partners.
