Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating with hiring managers
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience
    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support
    • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner
    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans
    • Assist in communicating HR policies and procedures
    • Prepare HR reports and analytics as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position
  • Strong understanding of HR practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
