Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
● Identify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound leads.
● Collaborate with the marketing, business and field sales teams to align strategy and improve lead
quality.
● Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and coaching sessions for the team.
● Monitor key metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
● Manage the CRM system effectively and ensure accurate data entry and tracking.
● Handle escalations and key client communications when required.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
● 3+ years of experience in inside sales/relationship sales role, with at least 1 year in a
leadership/mentoring role.
● Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho,
Salesforce, HubSpot).
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive team performance.
● Target-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
