Job Title: Associate Manager – Brand & Affiliate Partnerships

Experience Required: 4–5 years in Brand & Affiliate Partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale affiliate programs like CashKaro, Admitadd, Paisawapas, and network and brand partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  
  

• Own end-to-end partner lifecycle – onboarding, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
  
  

• Achieve and exceed revenue targets (₹8 -10 Cr annually).
  
  

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance) for seamless execution.
  
  

• Identify new partnership opportunities and optimize existing ones for higher ROI.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing affiliate networks and brand partnerships.
  
  

• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
  
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
