Key Responsibilities:

● Lead, manage & motivate a team of Inside Sales people.
● Build and optimize lead qualification, consultation, and conversion processes.
● Own and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
● Work closely with Marketing, Ops, and Product teams to ensure alignment on lead quality, patient
journey, and customer experience.
● Monitor sales metrics, generate dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
● Hire, train, and upskill the inside sales team on product knowledge and consultative selling.
● Implement CRM best practices and ensure pipeline visibility and hygiene.
● Handle escalated calls, especially with high-value or complex cases (e.g., surgeries or critical
care).
● Bring a data-first approach to improve productivity and patient engagement.

Requirements:

● 6+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2C and in Healthtech or similar sectors.
● At least 2-3 years in a team management role with a proven track record of driving revenue.
● Strong knowledge of healthcare consumer behavior is a plus.
● Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, LeadSquared, Zoho, etc.).
● Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
● Ability to handle fast-paced, high-growth environments.
